Submission Terms

These terms apply to ideas and project information sent through the website inquiry form.

You keep your ownership

Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your idea, writing, or other material. It also does not grant Treavor Anthony English permission to publish, sell, or publicly disclose your submission.

No agreement is created

A submission does not create a client relationship, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, publishing agreement, representation agreement, collaboration, or obligation to accept or complete a project. Work begins only after both parties approve a separate written agreement defining scope, payment, credit, ownership, confidentiality, schedule, and revisions.

No automatic confidentiality

The inquiry form is not a confidential channel and does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Submit only the summary necessary to evaluate the project. Do not send a full manuscript, trade secrets, privileged information, or material you are not authorized to share.

Similar ideas may exist

Books often begin with broad subjects, themes, genres, or questions that resemble other projects. Receiving an inquiry does not prevent Treavor Anthony English from continuing existing work or considering independently developed material involving similar general ideas.

Your responsibilities

By submitting, you confirm that you are authorized to share the material and that, to your knowledge, it does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

Response and pricing

Initial inquiries are free. If the project appears to fit, Treavor aims to respond personally within 7 business days. No price, schedule, deliverable, or result is promised until a written project agreement is accepted.

No outcome guarantees

No legitimate collaborator can guarantee publication acceptance, retailer placement, sales, reviews, rankings, awards, or bestseller status.
